I love the P90X3 meal plan philosophy, but I felt it was lacking the direction I am used to. In the original P90X meal plan they basically said, this is what you need to eat, and this is how you cook it. I understand that in P90X3 the idea is to allow you to eat what you want, which is great, but I missed the simpleness of the original P90X which had recipes that fit within my workout routine. So after weeks of tweaking and learning I have come up with my own Pp90X 3 cookbook, and the best part is, I have decided to share it with all of you for free! Each recipe shows you how to modify for Plan A, B, C, D, E, and F! So really this should be called the Ultimate P90X3 Cookbook.
